Route Description

1. Eastbound bus starts at Smithtown Long Island Railroad station on Redwood Lane and heads south to Main Street.
2. Continues west on Main Street which turns into New York State Route 25A and heads north.
3. Turns west onto Bishops Road to loop into Siena Village Apartments.
4. Eastbound bus heads back onto Route 25A to continue north and turn west into Saint Catherine of Siena Hospital.
5. Bus gets back onto Route 25A to continue north and eventually west.
6. Turns south on Indian Head Road and makes stops at Kings Park Long Island Railroad station.
7. Continues west on Meadow Road West and heads south on First Avenue.
8. Enters Kings Park Manor Apartments via Wartburg Drive and terminates here.
