Route Description

1. Northeast bound bus begins at the Babylon Long Island Rail Road station just north of downtown Babylon to head north along Deer Park Avenue, or County Route 34 after the intersection with Village Line Road, for multiple key stops at activity centers including the Good Samaritan Hospital and commercial corridor stops.
2. County Route 34 converts to New York State Route 231 and northeast bound bus turns to travel east on Nicolls Road to continue east on Long Island Avenue via Commack Road.
3. Makes stops at Heartland Industrial Park via Executive Drive and Rodeo Drive.
4. Continues east on Mercedes Way and heads north on East Road via Heartland Boulevard.
5. Turns west on G Road to head north on B Road and make stops at the Pilgrim Psychiatric Center.
6. Heads east on G Road via H Road and F Road to proceed to Community College Road and make stops at Suffolk Community College Brentwood.
7. Turns south at Wicks Road, or County Route 7, with stops including the Marketplace at Brentwood shopping center.
8. Turns east at Suffolk Avenue, or County Route 100, with stops at the Brentwood LIRR station. Continues east and turns north on Caleb's Path.
9. Heads north towards Old Willets Path via Motor Parkway, or County Route 67.
10. Proceeds east on Rabro Drive and makes stops at Hauppauge New York State Office via Simeon Woods Road and Raoul Wallenberg Drive.
11. Proceeds west on Veterans Memorial Highway, or New York State Route 454 and turns north on County Center Road which converts to north Drive for stops at the North County Complex.
12. Continues north on Old Willets Path and heads east on Jericho Turnpike, or New York State Route 25, which converts into West Main Street in Smithtown.
13. Proceeds east to terminate at Smith Haven Mall via Middle Country Road, or New York State Route 25, Nesconset Highway, or New York State Route 347, and Alexander Avenue.
