Route Description
  1. Northbound bus starts in downtown Bay Shore at Town of Islip Parking Field number 7 accessible via Mechanicsville Road, within walking distance of the Bay Shore Long Island Railroad station.
  2. Heads east on East Main Street, or New York State Route 27A, via Bay Shore Avenue with stops along the active commercial corridor and at Southside Hospital.
  3. Turns north at Brentwood Road via North Montgomery Avenue and Union Boulevard, or County Route 50.
  4. Continues northbound along Broadway following an east-west roadway connection via Spur Drive North.
  5. Makes a stop at Roberto Clemente Park and turns west at Second Avenue for stops including the Brentwood Long Island Railroad station, Brent City and Brentwood Commons shopping centers, and the Brentwood Recreation Center.
  6. Proceeds north on Brentwood Road and continues northbound on Moreland Road via Motor Parkway, or County Route 67.
  7. Turns east on Parkway Drive South to traverse the length of Oser Avenue to make stops at major employments sites within the Hauppauge Industrial Park.
  8. Continues eastward on Rabro Drive via Old Willets Path.
  9. Turns north on Raoul Wallenberg Drive to terminate at the H. Lee Dennison Building and NYS Offices/DMV transit hub in Hauppauge.
