Route Description
  1. Eastbound bus starts at the Walt Whitman Shops transit hub with travel along East Jericho Turnpike, or New York State Route 25, with stops at shopping centers including the Huntington Square Mall and Commack Plaza transit hubs.
  2. Turns southeast at the westernmost end of Veterans Memorial Highway, or New York State Route 454, with stops at key employment centers in Hauppauge such as the North County Complex via North Drive and H. Lee Dennison Building, and NYS Offices/DMV transit hub via Raoul Wallenberg Drive.
  3. Turns south via Kings Highway and Wheeler Road, or New York State Route 111, which turns into county Route 17 to connect with eastbound travel via East Suffolk Avenue, or county route 100, with stops including the Central Islip Long Island Rail Road station.
  4. Bus reconnects with Veterans Memorial Highway, NYS Route 454, traveling southeast with stops at MacArthur Airport via Johnson Avenue, or County Route 112, and other employment and commercial activity centers en route.
  5. Continues south via Johnson Avenue and heads east on Sunrise Highway via Church Street and Broadway Avenue through Bohemia and Holbrook.
  6. Turns south at Waverly Avenue with stops at St. Joseph's College and downtown Patchogue Village.
  7. Terminates at the Patchogue Long island Rail Road station.
