Route Description

1. Eastbound bus starts at Patchogue Long Island Railroad station in downtown Patchogue Village.
2. Heads north on West Avenue, or County Route 19, before turning east onto Main Street, continuing east as Main Street transitions to Montauk Highway, or County Route 80.
3. Continues through East Patchogue towards Bellport LIRR station, with access to shopping centers along the corridor and industrial sites near the Bellport Long Island Railroad station.
4. Continues along Montauk Highway with access to Robinson Duck Farm County Park and Wertheim National Refuge as bus approaches Shirley.
5. Travels east towards William Floyd Parkway, or County Route 46, providing access to shopping centers along Montauk Highway before turning south towards Mastic-Shirley Long Island Railroad station.
6. Bus continues south along William Floyd Parkway until reaching Havenwood Drive, where it turns east.
7. Havenwood Drive transitions to Neighborhood Road, traveling along small commercial sites and near Bayview Park until turning north at Whittier Drive, which transitions to Mastic Beach Road north of Queen Road.
8. Continues north, passing Robert Miller Memorial Park which converts to Mastic Road and giving access to commercial areas.
9. Eastbound bus reaches Montauk Highway, or County Route 80, and continues east through Moriches, downtown Center Moriches, and East Moriches.
10. Turns north onto East Moriches-Riverhead Road, or County Route 51, and makes stops at Suffolk County Community College Riverhead Campus via Speonk-Riverhead Road.
11. Bus continues northeast along County Route 51, which turns into Center Drive South, making stops at the Suffolk County Center in Riverhead.
12. Proceeds north on Center Drive South via Nugent Drive, or County Route 94A, to head northeast on Court Street.
13. Turns north on Court Street and makes stops at the Riverhead Long Island Railroad station via Railroad Avenue.
14. Continues north on Griffing Avenue until reaching Pulaski Street and heading west.
15. Heads north on Osborn Avenue which converts into Harrison Avenue and turns east on Old Country Road, or County Route 58.
16. Terminates at Peconic Bay Medical Center via Roanoke Avenue.
