Check out all of the new served routes of Suffolk County Transit below and view their corresponding schedules and maps. Routes highlighted in red are served by 30-minute bus service and routes highlighted in blue are served by 60-minute bus service on weekdays. All routes operate as 60-minute service during the weekend.

Rider Tip: As a general rule of thumb, new routes of the Suffolk County Transit bus system no longer have an "S" at the beginning of their name. For example, the "S1" in now known as "Route 1".

1 Amityville Long Island Railroad Station to Halesite Every 30 minutes before 8pm and every 60 minutes after 8pm Northbound bus begins at the Amityville Long island Rail Road station to head north along Broadway, or New York State Route 110, via John Street and West Oak Street after departing the station area. Traveling north along New York State Route 110, which transitions from Broadway to Broadhollow Road after crossing over the Southern State Parkway, the bus stops at several commercial hubs and regional assets along the corridor including Republic Airport and the transit hub at Farmingdale State College. Continues north on New York State Route 110 which converts to Walt Whitman Road after crossing over the Northern State Parkway with stops at the Walt Whitman Shops transit hub. Northbound bus travels along New York Avenue with stops along the commercial corridor including the Huntington Commons shopping center and downtown Huntington. Turns east onto Madison Street to travel north on Park Avenue and stop at Huntington Hospital. Merges back onto New York Avenue, or New York State Route 110, and terminates at the northernmost end of New York Avenue, or New York State Route 110, for stops including the Huntington Harbor waterfront and the Halesite Marina. 2 Amityville Long Island Railroad Station to Patchogue Long Island Railroad Station (via Montauk Highway) Every 30 minutes before 8pm and every 60 minutes after 8pm Westbound bus starts at the Patchogue Long Island Rail Road station and heads north to Montauk Highway via West Avenue, with a stop at the Sixth District Courthouse. Proceeds west on Montauk Highway to Amityville, with stops including downtown Sayville, the Oakdale Long Island Rail Road station, downtown Islip, Southside Hospital and downtown Bay Shore. Proceeds to the Mechanicville Road transit hub via Bay Shore Avenue. Continues back on Montauk Highway via Smith Ave and stops at Good Samaritan Hospital, the Babylon Long Island Rail Road station, and the Great South Bay Shopping Center. 3 Babylon Long Island Railroad Station to Walt Whitman Shops Every 60 minutes Northbound bus begins at the Babylon Long Island Rail Road station and heads west on Park Avenue via North Carll Avenue. Turns north on Little East Neck Road and continues to make a slight right on Belmont Avenue to make a stop at Belmont Park. Continues north and turns west Essex Street to continue north on Mount Avenue. Reaches Straight Path and continues north to stop at Wyandanch Station Plaza. Continues north on Straight path and heads east on Nicolls Road. Reaches Deer Park Avenue, or New York State Route 231, and heads north. Northbound bus makes a stop nearby the Wilson Tech Center before heading west on North Service Road running along the Long Island Expressway. Merges north onto Half Hollow Road to make stops at Five Town College via Burrs Lane. Northbound bus gets back on Half Hollow Road and heads north on Carman Road. Reaches Wolf Hill Road and heads west until bus hits New York Avenue, and heads north to terminate at Walt Whitman Mall.

4 Amityville Long Island Railroad Station to Central Islip Long Island Railroad Station to Smith Haven Mall Every 30 minutes before 8pm and every 60 minutes after 8pm Northeast bound bus starts at the Amityville Long Island Railroad station to head toward Broadway, or New York State Route 110, via John Street and West Oak Street. Turns east on Dixon Avenue, or County Route 2, eventually converting into Straight Path. Bus continues northeast with multiple stops along County Route 2. Turns east on Long Island Avenue to stop at the Wyandanch Long Island Railroad station before heading south via Doe Street to travel eastbound on Grand Boulevard with a stop at Tanger Outlets Deer Park. Turns north to run along East Industry Court and heads east via Saxwood Street. Proceeds north via Dunton Avenue for a stop at the Deer Park Long Island Railroad station. Turns east at Pine Aire Drive and heads north at 5th Avenue/Wicks Road before continuing eastbound at Suffolk Avenue, or County Route 100, to stop at the Brentwood Long Island Railroad station via Brentwood Road. 5 Babylon Long Island Railroad Station to Smith Haven Mall Every 30 minutes before 8pm and every 60 minutes after 8pm Northeast bound bus begins at the Babylon Long Island Rail Road station just north of downtown Babylon to head north along Deer Park Avenue, or County Route 34 after the intersection with Village Line Road, for multiple key stops at activity centers including the Good Samaritan Hospital and commercial corridor stops. County Route 34 converts to New York State Route 231 and northeast bound bus turns to travel east on Nicolls Road to continue east on Long Island Avenue via Commack Road. Makes stops at Heartland Industrial Park via Executive Drive and Rodeo Drive. Continues east on Mercedes Way and heads north on East Road via Heartland Boulevard. Turns west on G Road to head north on B road and make stops at the Pilgrim Psychiatric Center. Turns southeast at the westernmost end of Veterans Memorial Highway, or New York State Route 454, with stops at key employment centers in Hauppauge such as the North County Complex via North Drive and H. Lee Dennison Building, and NYS Offices/DMV transit hub via Raoul Wallenberg Drive. 7 Bay Shore to Northport Veterans Affairs Medical Center Every 30 minutes before 8pm and every 60 minutes after 8pm Northbound bus starts in downtown Bay Shore at Town of Islip Parking Field Number 7, accessible via Mechanicsville Road and within walking distance of the Bay Shore Long Island Railroad station. Heads northbound on Brook Street/Avenue via Fourth Avenue, Union Boulevard, and Second Avenue with stops including the South Shore Mall transit hub. Heads north on Fifth Avenue for stops including commercial shopping centers in Brentwood. Stops at the Brentwood Long Island Railroad station and nearby shopping centers via Candlewood Road and Brentwood Road. Heads east on East Main Street, or New York State Route 27A, via Bay Shore Avenue with stops along the active commercial corridor and at Southside Hospital. Turns north at Brentwood Road via North Montgomery Avenue and Union Boulevard, or County Route 50. Continues northbound along Broadway following an east-west roadway connection via Spur Drive North. Reaches East Main Street, or New York State Route 27A, and heads east. Heads east on East Suffolk Avenue, or County Route 100, before turning north to Veterans Memorial Highway, or New York State Route 454, via Sycamore Avenue, with access to the Islandia Shopping Center. Continues northwest until turning east onto Motor parkway, or County Route 67. Follows Motor Parkway until turning north on Old Nichols Road to head east on Richmond Boulevard. Continues east and travels south on Ocean Avenue via Rosevale Avenue until intersecting with Lakeland Street or Johnson Avenue to continue east to the north side of the Ronkonkoma Long Island Railroad station. From the Ronkonkoma Long Island Railroad station, travels north along Hawkins Avenue through commercial and cultural sites in lake Ronkonkoma. Heads north on County Route 19 which converts from West Avenue to Waverly Avenue via Holbrook Road, passing near St. Joseph's College and shopping centers around Sunrise Highway, or New York State Route 27. Continues north along Waverly Avenue until turning left onto Horseblock Road, or County Route 16, which transitions to Portion Road. Follows Portion Road until turning north onto College Road, stopping at the Suffolk County Community College Ammerman campus before continuing north to Middle Country Road, or New York State Route 25, with access to surrounding shopping centers. 55 Patchogue Long Island Railroad Station to Port Jefferson Every 60 minutes Northbound bus starts at the Patchogue Long Island Rail Road station in downtown Patchogue Village. Heads north on West Avenue, or County Route 19, before turning east onto Main Street, continuing until turning north onto Medford Avenue, or New York State Route 112, with access to shopping centers and parks along the corridor. Medford Avenue transitions into Port Jefferson-Patchogue Road between the Long Island Expressway and Granny Road. Northbound bus merges and turns right onto Middle Country Road, or New York State Route 25, via grand Smith Road to enter the Coram Plaza transit hub with stops giving access to shopping centers and medical facilities. 58 Brentwood Long Island Railroad Station to Riverhead via New York State Route 25 Every 60 minutes Eastbound bus starts at the Brentwood Long Island Railroad station located near shopping centers and apartments. Exits onto Old Country Road, or County Road 58, for a short distance. Turns into Gala Fresh Farms via Oliver Street. Returns back onto Old Country Road using Ostrander Avenue and heads west. Turns north on Roanoke Avenue to make stops at Peconic Bay Medical Center. Turns east on Middle Road and enters John Wesley Village. Makes multiple stops within the complex and returns to Middle Road to head west. Turns south onto Roanoke Avenue until Old Country Road, or County Road 58, where it turns to head west.
