Route Description

1. Northbound bus starts at the Patchogue Long Island Rail Road station in downtown Patchogue Village.
2. Heads north on West Avenue, or County Route 19, before turning east onto Main Street, continuing until turning north onto Medford Avenue, or New York State Route 112, with access to shopping centers and parks along the corridor.
3. Medford Avenue transitions into Port Jefferson-Patchogue Road between the Long Island Expressway and Granny Road.
4. Northbound bus merges and turns right onto Middle Country Road, or New York State Route 25, via grand Smith Road to enter the Coram Plaza transit hub with stops giving access to shopping centers and medical facilities.
5. Route reconnects with Route 112 via Middle Country Road, or New York State Route 25, with access to more shopping centers, Diamond in the Pines Park, and medical offices along the corridor before terminating on Patchogue Road, or New York State Route 112, just south of Terryville Road.
