Route Description

1. Eastbound bus starts at the Brentwood Long Island Railroad station located near shopping centers and apartments.
2. Travels east along Suffolk Avenue, or County Route 100.
3. Bus turns north to continue along Joshuas Path, or New York State Route 111, which eventually converts to Wheeler Road.
4. Turns west on Kings Highway to proceed north on Raoul Wallenberg Drive and make stops at the Hauppauge NYS Office Building and the H. Lee Dennison building.
5. Turns east on Veterans Memorial Highway, or New York State 454, and proceeds east to Wheeler Road (Route 111) where it turns north.
6. Turns north on Hauppauge Boulevard to reconnect with Smithtown Bypass, or New York State Route 347, which is also known as Nesconset Highway.
7. Reaches Smith Haven Mall and makes stops at the shopping center before heading east on Middle Country Road, or New York State Route 25, via Alexander Avenue.
8. Continues east along Middle Country Road with access to surrounding shopping centers in the corridor.
9. Connects with Coram Plaza transit hub for access to surrounding shopping centers.
10. Bus resumes eastbound travel along Middle Country Road through Middle Island and Ridge commercial areas.
11. Passes through Calverton with access to Calverton National Cemetery and nearby parks until Middle Country Road, or New York State Route 25, turns into Old Country Road in Riverhead with access to Tanger Outlet Mall and other shopping centers.
12. Terminates at the Riverhead Long Island Railroad station via Court Street and Griffing Avenue.
