Route Description
  1. Northbound bus starts at the northeast corner of Carleton Avenue and Montauk Highway, or New York State Route 27A, in East Islip.
  2. The bus loops north on Irish Lane and Union Boulevard, and then turns north at Carleton Avenue, or County Route 17, in East Islip with stops including Touro Law School, the Cohalan Court Complex, the Long Island Ducks Stadium, the Central Islip Town Center retail shopping destinations.
  3. Turns east at Sunburst Boulevard for stops nearby multifamily residential complexes.
  4. Continues travel northbound at Lowell Avenue via Eastview Drive.
  5. Turns west at East Suffolk Avenue with stops including the Central Islip Long Island Railroad station and nearby Central Islip Recreation Center and shopping centers.
  6. Turns north at Hawthorne Avenue to connect with Veterans Memorial Highway, or New York State Route 454, via Motor Parkway heading west.
  7. Turns south on Raoul Wallenberg Drive to terminate at the H. Lee Dennison Building and NYS Offices/DMV transit hub in Hauppauge.
