Route Description

1. Northeast bound bus starts at the Central Islip Long Island Railroad station, north of the Central Islip Recreation Center and Community Park.
2. Heads east on East Suffolk Avenue, or County Route 100, before turning north to Veterans Memorial Highway, or New York State Route 454, via Sycamore Avenue, with access to the Islandia Shopping Center.
3. Continues northwest until turning east onto Motor parkway, or County Route 67.
4. Follows Motor Parkway until turning north on Old Nichols Road to head east on Richmond Boulevard.
5. Continues east and travels south on Ocean Avenue via Rosevale Avenue until intersecting with Lakeland Street or Johnson Avenue to continue east to the north side of the Ronkonkoma Long Island Railroad station.
6. From the Ronkonkoma Long Island Railroad station, travels north along Hawkins Avenue through commercial and cultural sites in lake Ronkonkoma.
7. Turns east along Portion Road, or County Route 16, for access to commercial sites along the corridor.
8. Turns north on College Road near Farmingville County Offices transit hub and continues northeast to stop at Suffolk County Community College Ammerman campus.
9. College Road converts to Mooney Pond Road until connecting north to Middle Country Road, or New York State Route 25, via Paul's Path Mooney Pond Road.
10. Travels east along Middle Country Road, with local stops for access to nearby apartments, assisted living, medical offices, and shopping centers around Coram Plaza transit hub until turning south onto Homestead Drive.
11. Continues south on West Yaphank Road via Beach Lane.
12. Turns east onto Seymour Lane before continuing southward along Hawkins Avenue within a residential neighborhood of Gordon Heights.
13. Turns west on Baldwin Lane to terminate along Gordon Avenue just north of Granny Road.
14. Bus initiates return trip by traveling northbound on Gordon Avenue to reconnect with Middle Country Road.
