Route Description

1. Northbound bus starts at the Patchogue Long Island Railroad station in downtown Patchogue Village.
2. Heads north on County Route 19 which converts from West Avenue to Waverly Avenue via Holbrook Road with stops including shopping centers and St. Joseph's College.
3. Continues travel north along Patchogue-Holbrook Road, or County Route 19.
4. Heads west on Union Avenue via Furrows Road and Main Street in Holbrook to make stops at the Ronkonkoma Long Island Railroad station and nearby commercial hub.
5. Heads north on Hawkins Avenue to connect with Middle Country Road with stops available within Lake Grove Village.
6. Turns west on Middle Country Road, or New York State Route 25, to make stops at the Smith Haven Mall transit hub.
7. Turns east on Nesconset Highway via Alexander Avenue for access to active commercial sites along the corridor.
8. Turns north at Nicolls Road, or County Route 97, and turns on Health Sciences Drive to stop near Stony Brook University Hospital and continues to Circle road to serve Stony Brook’s main campus and the Stony Brook Long Island Railroad station.
9. Heads northeast via North Country Road, or New York State Route 25A, which converts to West Broadway approaching downtown Port Jefferson Village and stops at the Port Jefferson ferry.
10. Turns east at Myrtle Avenue to connect with Belle Terre Road heading south for access to regional healthcare centers including stops at St. Charles Hospital and John T. Mather Memorial Hospital.
11. Turns west at North Country Road to reconnect with New York State Route 25A heading south with stops at the Port Jefferson Long Island Railroad station.
12. Continues travel south with roadway converting to Patchogue Road, or NYS Route 112.
13. Terminates at the Jefferson Shopping Plaza just north of Terryville Road in Port Jefferson Station.
