Route Description
  1. Southbound bus starts at the Babylon Long Island Railroad station and heads south on Deer Park Avenue via Railroad Avenue.
  2. Reaches East Main Street, or New York State Route 27A, and heads east.
  3. New York State Route 27A converts into Montauk Highway and makes stops at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center before traveling south down the Robert Moses Causeway.
  4. Southbound bus continues south to stop at Captree State Park via Ocean Parkway and Robert Moses State Park via Robert Moses State Parkway where route terminates.
