Route Description
  1. Eastbound bus starts at the Patchogue Long Island Railroad station in downtown Patchogue Village.
  2. Heads north on West Avenue, or County Route 19, before turning east onto Main Street.
  3. Continues through East Patchogue and heads north on Sills Road, or County Route 101, to make stops at Avery Village via Hewlett Avenue and Village Drive.
  4. Proceeds north up Sills Road to head south on Gazzola Drive and make stops at Conifer Village via Patchogue Yaphank Road.
  5. Loops back south on Patchogue Yaphank Road to continue south on Sills Road and head north on Hospital Road to make stops at Long Island Community Hospital.
  6. Continues north on Hospital Drive and passes through multifamily residential complexes via Club Drive and La Bonne Vie Drive.
  7. Reaches Sipp Avenue and heads north to make stops at Twelve Pines Park via Southaven Avenue.
  8. Reconnects with Sills Road and turns southeast on Horseblock Road, or County Route 16.
  9. Reaches Yaphank Avenue, or County Route 21, and heads north to make stops at Suffolk County Probation Center via Suffolk Avenue and Yaphank Correctional Facility via Glover Drive.
