Route Description

1. Eastbound bus starts at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove and proceeds east on Nesconset Highway, or New York State Route 347, via Alexander Avenue.
2. Reaches Nicolls Road, or County Route 97, and travels south to turn northeast on Pond path to make stops at shopping centers and reconnect with Nesconset Highway, or New York State Route 347.
3. Continues traveling northeast to makes stops at Stony brook Technology Center via Belle Mead Road and eventually turn north on Terryville Road.
4. Reaches Patchogue Road, or New York State Route 112.
5. Makes stops at the Port Jefferson Long Island Railroad station and turns east on North County Road to stop at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital.
6. Continues east on Hallock Avenue via North Columbia Street southbound. Merges back onto the most eastward end of Nesconset Highway, or New York State Route 347, which converts into New York State Route 25A.
7. Passes through Mount Sinai and then Rocky Point via Main Street.
8. Reconnects with Route 25A and heads north on Wading River Manor Road to turn northwest on North Country Road.
9. Proceeds northeast on North Wading River Road to make stops at Wildwood State Park.
10. Eastbound bus heads south on Hulse Landing Road to continue east on Sound Avenue.
11. Turns south on Fresh Pond Avenue to connect with Middle Country Road, or New York State Route 25 and head east to Old Country Road, or County Route 58.
12. Continues east to make stops at Peconic Bay Medical Center and shopping centers.
13. Continues south on Oliver Street to merge south on Northville Turnpike, or County Route 43.
14. Heads west on Railroad Avenue via Roanoke Avenue, or County Route 73, to terminate at the Riverhead Long Island Railroad station.
