Route Issue Details
Systemwide SCT Connect WiFi now available on-board fixed route buses! WiFi is now available on-board SCT buses! Just search for the "SCT Connect" network on your smartphone or wireless device, agree to the terms and then access the internet on the go!
5 Route 5, Rescheduled Weekday Evening trip to Smith Haven Mall Effective January 1st, 2025, Route 5's 6:36pm northbound weekday departure from Babylon LIRR to Smith Haven Mall has been rescheduled to depart at 6:06pm. This trip now arrives at Smith Haven Mall at 7:45pm.
7 Route 7, Earlier Weekend Service toward Northport VA Effective January 1, 2025, Route 7 began northbound service from Bay Shore LIRR toward the Northport VA Hospital an hour earlier on Saturdays and Sundays. The first northbound trip is at 5:32am on Saturdays and 5:33am on Sundays. Both of these trips are scheduled to arrive at the Northport VA Hospital by 6:56am.

Bay Shore Hub Relocation, Sunday 12/15

Effective Sunday December 15th, the Bay Shore-Mechanicsville Road Bus Hub will be moved to Union Boulevard in front of the Bay Shore LIRR station. Bus routes serving the hub will experience minor realignments and stop relocations in Bay Shore. See the notice here for more information.

Temporary Babylon LIRR Stop Changes

Due to platform renewal work at the Babylon LIRR Station, Routes 2, 3, 5, and 10 will use temporary bus stops from Wednesday September 4th, 2024 through Friday May 23rd, 2025. See the notice here for more information.

10 Lindenhurst St. Patrick's Day Parade, Sat. 3/29 Due to the Lindenhurst St. Patrick's Day Parade on Saturday March 29th, Route 10 will use an alternate route and may experience delays between 11am and 3pm. Route 10 stops at Lindenhurst LIRR will not be served during the parade, but service will continue to be available a short walk away at the E. John St/N Erie Ave stops.
